These include three sets of patio doors leading onto the gated balcony leading to rear, side and front of the caravan with modern patio furniture, full central heating and double glazing. 'The Park Lane has been relocated and is now situated in a sunny position, still in 'Sycamore' within easy reach of the facilities and golf course.

The light and airy open plan kitchen has high gloss doors, integral slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and electric five ring ceramic hob with touch control. For casual dining there is a breakfast bar with two stools and for family dining there is the dining table and chairs. The open plan lounge is complemented with a modern lounge suite.

The ‘boutique hotel’ style main bedroom with a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and and en-suite with shower and the twin bedroom has plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have a TV. Beds will be made ready for arrival and towels are provided you just need to bring your beach towels. The main bathroom has a second toilet and bath with shower.
